Refund & Return Policy
At Ivovex, we stand behind the quality of our car care and comfort products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. RETURN PERIOD
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items: Perishable or sanitary goods such as opened car aromatherapy tablets/essential oils, or heavily used cleaning microfiber mops that show signs of wear.
3. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, please contact us at service@ivovex.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a broken wash mop or the wrong color bear pillow), Ivovex will cover the return shipping costs.

Customer Preference: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or "no longer needed," you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
6. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, send us an email at service@ivovex.com.
7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
