1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number.
2. SHIPPING ESTIMATES
We offer shipping to the United States and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

3. SHIPPING RATES

4. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
Some carriers have limitations regarding shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your address falls into this category, we will contact you to provide an alternative shipping method.
6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Ivovex is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
7. DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at service@ivovex.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include photos of the damage for faster processing.
